Dr Mark Hamilton
Dr Mark Hamilton is a Consultant & Honorary Senior Lecturer in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at St. George's Hospital London.
He has trained and worked in London for the past 20 years and is studying for a postgraduate degree in pre-operative physiological testing at UCL. His current research interests include haemodynamic optimisation, tissue oxygenation, nutrition and care of the high risk surgical patient. His clinical interests include pre-operative testing and anaesthesia for orthopaedic and vascular surgery.
He is the co-director of the EBPOM series of meetings and sits on the editorial board of the improving surgical outcomes group.
