Dr Angela Bader

Angela M. Bader M.D. , M.P.H. is Associate Professor of Anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School and Vice Chairman for Perioperative Medicine in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts. She is Director of the Weiner Center for Preoperative Evaluation.

Dr. Bader received both her medical degree and Master of Public Health from Harvard University. Postgraduate training includes residencies in Pediatrics at Boston Children's Hospital and in Anesthesia at the Brigham and Women's Hospital.

She is the founding President of the Society for Perioperative Assessment and Quality Improvement, an international instrument for communication, research, and benchmarking best practices in perioperative medicine.
